Literary Ladies ~ End of Challenge Check In!

Happy Monday!!! Guys, thank you so much for all of the kind comments on last week's post. I was humbled. Seriously. My family is my world and my daddy being sick really rocked me. I'm here today though and I'm much better - and thank God so is my dad. I'm not only back but I'm stoked about today's post because ...

..... today is the Summer reading challenge FINAL CHECK IN!!! I mean, that challenge flew by and I had so much fun planning and doing it with Kristen and Kari. I love those two sweet girls.

On the last check in date, I had two books yet to read since I swapped out my original "YA" even though I had already read it. In addition to that, I had one more category to read. Happy to say that I was able to complete the entire challenge a few week's ago! Final Listy List below!

The Final List:
* YA novel ~ Eleanor and Park (since the one I read wasn't exactly a YA)
* A YA book (mandatory!) ~ Nineten Minutes by Jodi Picoult (swapping this out for a real YA - Eleanor and Park)
* Non US Author  (mandatory!) ~ What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty
A book that has been on your TBR list for a year or more ~ 12 Years a slave by Solomon Northup
A book with a kickass female character ~ Rage against the Dying by Becky Masterman
* A book that is or will be a movie (or TV show) ~ A long way down by Nick Hornby
* A book written by a comedian or celebrity ~ Bedwetter: Stories of courage, redemption and pee by Sarah Silverman
A book with a one word title ~ You by Caroline Kepnes
* A suspenseful book – a mystery, a thriller, a book about revenge ~ The Martian by Andy Weir
* A book about Summer, with Summer in the title ~ Last Summer by Rebecca Rogers
* A book that was recommended by a blogger  (mandatory!) ~ Once Perfect by Cece Robson (recommended by Kerry)

We already announced the first ones to complete the challenge but we have one final "wild card" prize to give away - as the challenge do-ers know. That person MUST link up today or complete this form. The winner will be announced on the official Literary Ladies Instagram  account (which you should totally follow) and emailed next week!

Also if you have any category suggestions for the next challenge coming up, let Kristen, Kari or me know!

Link up your post below!!

Have a great Monday guys!!!
