Happy Thanksgiving!

I thought I'd stop by the blog to wish all the U.S. folk (aka most of you) a Happy Thanksgiving. The one holiday I truly miss having where I live is Thanksgiving. The very reason and meaning behind the holiday is so special to me ... and hey who wouldn't love an extra holiday.

Today while I'm at work (booooo! - although I love my job I'd rather be Thanksgiving-ing), most of you guys will be carving turkeys and spending time with family and  friends. Enjoy every single minute of it.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

  3. Happy Thanksgiving to you! I had to work on Thanksgiving but then I went home and cook dinner it was crazy and chaotic but I wouldn't have changed it for anything. Glad to see you're still blogging!

  4. Thanksgiving was great. I enjoyed every moment with my family and friends. As a Jamaican transplant, I love the extra holiday and the focus that this holiday has on gratitude. There's lots to be distracted by (food, shopping and starting Christmas planning the next day) but it's great to just surround ourselves with the people we love and thank God for all our blessings.

  5. Love this post. While it sucks you had to work while the US had a turkey holiday, I don't feel sorry for ALL the holidays and long weekends Trinidad gets. LOL.
